Electric Pallet Stackers

Electric stacker trucks are forklifts equipped with a pair of forks and a mast that enables lifting and stacking pallets at different heights. Stacker trucks are ideal for serving racks, trans-shipping and transport of palletized goods or occasional order picking. They can also be used as mobile work platforms for working at an ergonomic working height.

We distinguish electric pallet trucks with pedestrian operation, which are suitable for short transport routes, ride-on for medium to long distances where the operator needs to get on and off frequently and sit-on operation for long transport routes.

In addition to the operation mode, electric stacker trucks differ in the type of mast. Considering the different purposes of use and the specific requirements of working environments, at Jungheinrich we offer different types of mast:

Single stage:

Mono – single-column mast with single-step lift

Simplex – two-column mast with single-stage lift

Two-stage:

ZT – Duplex mast with telescopic action

ZZ – Duplex mast with additional lift

Three-stage:

DT – triplex mast with telescopic action

DZ – triplex telescopic mast with additional lift

The weight limit with which an electric forklift can be loaded is called the rated load capacity, which varies depending on the lift height and the center of gravity of the load (residual capacity / real capacity). To prevent the truck from becoming unbalanced and possibly tipping over, causing injury or damage, the load capacity chart must be observed at all times.

To run drive and lift motor of the stacker truck, either a lead-acid or lithium-ion battery is required, which can be re-charged via an external or built-in charger.
